Subscription Benefits

• 5% flat cashback on all eligible orders of AED 200 or more, with no cap.
• 10%-tiered cashback on the portion of any order above AED 5,000 (for example, a AED 6,000 order earns (5% × 5,000) + (10% × 1,000) = AED 350 cashback).
• Customer group-based member pricing across the catalogue.
• Early access to select promotions and events.

Non-Subscribers still earn a flat 1% cashback on orders of AED 125 or more, capped at AED 25 per order, so there's always a reason to shop with us, member or not.

How Cashback Works

Cashback is calculated on the final order amount after discounts, offers, and promo codes are applied, and is credited to your High Spirits Wallet once the order is complete. Wallet balance can be applied toward future orders at checkout, alongside your primary payment method if the order total exceeds your wallet balance.

If an order on which cashback was earned is later refunded, in full or in part, the corresponding cashback is deducted from your wallet.

Becoming a Subscriber

Subscription is available to logged-in customers for a fee, shown on the High-5 Club page before you subscribe. Once payment is completed via our secure payment gateway, you are moved into the High-5 Club customer group and benefits apply immediately.

• Subscription auto-renews (monthly or yearly, as selected) until cancelled.
• You'll receive an auto-renewal reminder by email 7 days before your renewal date.
• You can cancel anytime from “My Membership” in your account dashboard. No refund is issued for the current period, but your benefits continue until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• If a renewal payment fails, you'll be notified by email, and benefits are paused until payment is updated.
• Aviation related personnel and ADNH employees, are entitled to complimentary Club access. To avail your subscription, kindly send us a copy of your Emirates ID and the Employee ID to customer.care@highspirits.ae .

Managing Your Subscription

From “My Membership” in your customer dashboard, you can view your current subscription status and expiry date, see the full list of benefits, and cancel your subscription at any time.

Subscription is available to logged-in customers aged 21 or older. High Spirits reserves the right to amend subscription pricing, benefits, and terms; where changes materially affect existing subscribers, we will notify you in advance.
