At High Spirits, we are committed to delivering a seamless, compliant, and reliable service. Please read the following before placing your order.
Delivery Methods
Click & Collect
Choose from any of our stores supporting Click & Collect. Nearest stores are shown first. We will have your order ready in no time!
Scheduled Delivery
Select a delivery date and time slot: 11 AM–1 PM, 1 PM–3 PM, 3 PM–5 PM, 5 PM–7 PM, 7 PM–9 PM or 9 PM–11 PM. A time slot can be selected up to 2 hours before it starts (cut-off 9 PM), and orders can be placed up to 2 weeks (14 days) in advance. Each slot has a maximum capacity of 20 orders.
Express 90‑Minute Delivery
For same-day delivery, orders can be placed up to 11 PM. Delivery will be finalised by 12 AM.
Public holidays may affect available slots.
Delivery Charges
- Free delivery, complimentary shipping, on all orders of AED 90 and above.
- Standard delivery, a flat fee of AED 20 applies to all orders below AED 90. This charge is the same across Scheduled and Express delivery and does not apply to Click & Collect.
Age Verification & ID
- Age requirement; we only deliver to individuals aged 21 or older, in compliance with UAE law.
- Valid ID required; our delivery team will request a valid Emirates ID, UAE driving licence, or passport upon every delivery.
- Authorised recipient; the person receiving the order must be over 21 years old. Orders will not be handed over if this condition is not met.
Missed Deliveries & Cancellations
Our team will do try to contact you, however after multiple unsuccessful attempts the order will be cancelled and a refund will not be issued.
Delivery Area
We currently offer home delivery across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. For addresses outside this delivery zone, orders can only be fulfilled via Click & Collect.
Order Tracking
Once your order is out for delivery, you can track its progress in real time via a status bar on the order page, and see your delivery agent's contact number.

- UAE law; High Spirits operates in full compliance with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates governing the sale and distribution of alcohol.
- OFAC sanctions policy; we do not offer services or products to individuals or entities in countries sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
