Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the High Spirits website or apps, placing an order, or visiting any of our stores, bars, or restaurant across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions in full. High Spirits reserves the right to amend these terms at any time; continued use following changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms supplement any additional terms specific to individual services, including our Refund & Returns Policy, Delivery Information, High-5 Club Terms, and Ticket Conditions, published separately.

Eligibility & Age Verification

To purchase from High Spirits, in-store, online, or via our apps, customers must be 21 years of age or older and hold a valid UAE Emirates ID, UAE driving licence, or original passport. Proof of age and identity is verified in-store and requested by our delivery agent at the point of delivery.

An age-confirmation gate is shown before you can browse our online storefront. If you do not confirm you are 21 or older, access to the catalogue is blocked. Misrepresenting your age or eligibility will result in order cancellation and may result in refusal of future service.

Online Orders & Account

Orders placed via our website or apps are subject to availability. A contract is formed only once you receive an order confirmation with an order number. Guest checkout is not available, you must be a registered, logged-in customer to complete a purchase.

Once confirmed, an order cannot be cancelled by the customer as fulfilment begins immediately; contact customer service as soon as possible if you believe an error has been made. High Spirits reserves the right to cancel any order where stock is unavailable, delivery is not possible, payment is unconfirmed, or eligibility criteria are not met A full refund will be issued per our Refund & Returns Policy.

Product descriptions, images, ABV, and prices are maintained as accurately as possible; product photographs are illustrative and vintage, label, or packaging may vary. Where a pricing error is identified after an order is placed, we will contact you before proceeding.

Pricing, Payment & Delivery Methods

All prices are in AED and inclusive of 5% VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is accepted via credit/debit card (Apple Pay included) through Network International, Cash on Delivery, or Card on Delivery. High Spirits does not store full payment card details.

Three delivery methods are available: Click & Collect (no delivery cost), Scheduled Delivery (choose a date and time slot up to 14 days in advance), and Express 90-Minute Delivery (same-day, subject to cut-off times). Full details are set out in our Delivery Information page.

Wallet, Cashback & High-5 Club

High Spirits operates a Wallet and cashback system. Customers earn cashback on eligible orders, which is credited to their Wallet and may be applied toward future purchases. High-5 Club members receive enhanced cashback and member pricing. Full terms are set out in our High-5 Club page.

If an order on which cashback was earned is later refunded, the corresponding cashback is deducted from the Wallet.

Coupons, Referrals & Promotions

1. Promotions are valid only for the period stated and cannot be extended.
2. Vouchers and discount codes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
3. Referral rewards are credited once the referred friend places their first order, per the terms shown in the app.
4. All promotions are subject to stock availability, and High Spirits reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion without prior notice.
5. Anyone redeeming a voucher or offer must be 21 years of age or older.

Gift Bag Option & Delivery Tips

Customers may add a standalone gift bag to their order at checkout for a fixed fee (decorative gift wrapping is not offered). Customers may also add an optional tip for their delivery agent at checkout, which is processed together with the order payment.

Events & Ticket Bookings

High Spirits may host ticketed events bookable through our website and apps. Event bookings are governed by these Terms & Conditions together with our Ticket Conditions page, which sets out booking, payment, and cancellation rules specific to events.

Responsible Drinking & Legal Compliance

High Spirits is committed to promoting responsible consumption of alcohol and complies with all applicable UAE federal and Abu Dhabi emirate regulations, including licensing, age verification, and sanctions requirements. High Spirits will not deliver to, or provide services or products to, any entity or individual listed under OFAC sanctions.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and apps, including text, product descriptions, images, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of High Spirits LLC or its licensors and protected under UAE and international law. You may use our platforms for personal, non-commercial browsing only.

Website & App Use

You agree to use our platforms only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include unauthorised access attempts, uploading malicious code, scraping data without consent, misrepresenting your age or eligibility, and facilitating unauthorised resale of products.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, High Spirits shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website, apps, products, or services. Our platforms are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
